Run for One Hour a Week, or Less! 

One hour a week is all you need to get maximum health benefits according to a new study that compared results from 32 previous studies. Those who ran 6 miles a week, or less, decreased their heart disease risk by 45% and extended their average life expectancy by 3 years or more. Running over 6 miles a week produced no overall health benefit.
