Readers Rage back!

WHO'S THE WORST?

Readers Rage Back!

A day in the life of our postmaster

We are, of course, amazed that our readers occasionally disagree with our brilliant and witty essays. In fact, sometimes quite a few readers think that The Outrage editors are wrong, misanthropic, idiotic, selfish, deluded, or all of the above.

Mother Outrage always told us that even the dull and the ignorant should have their say, so we've allowed space below for those dissenting opinions (and for shameless flattery).

Without a doubt, the American people are most responsible for Clinton/Gore disaster. As you point out, Clinton/Gore was elected (twice) altho everyone knew what sleazebags they and all their associates were.

Runner up, not on your list, is the American education establishement. Political correctness reigns supreme! Fifty years of liberal education has turned the citizens of this country into ammoral, self-centered fools unable to distinguish true from false and not caring about the difference. Anything goes as long as the "average man or woman" feels good and gets a regular paycheck. Sad, but Rome fell too.

You guys shoul watch what you say about religion. This was my first day of subscribing to The Outrage and it will also be my last due to your comment about Jesus and Mary Magdeline. I was enjoying the clinton rage until you got to that point. By then it was all seeming a little long-winded. So, instead of babbling on without notice, I shall end my letter here.

Name: Jim Trettel (webmaster@trettel.com) Time: 9/14/98 (7:29:38)

Your attempt at humor would work better if you could work in the facts and not mimic the drone of the morning tabloid news shows. Starr has done a great service for America (at great sacrifice to himself) by bringing Clinton's felonies into the light. Maybe you should mention his 14+ convictions including many Clinton cronies and the (now former) Governor of Arkansas? You should be censured for putting Starr in the same category as Clinton.

And it's "Kathleen Willey", not "Katherine". Research and proofreading are our friends...

Name: Anonymous (@att.com) Time: 9/14/98 (6:52:37)

Clinton's behavior, on all counts, is outrageous, but the American public's reaction is even more outrageous. Would any parent want this man to teach at the local high school? Would they elect Clinton to the local school board or town council? Certainly not after all of the revelations! Yet, those same people who would answer "no" to these questions still are creatively apologizing for this sexual predator.

Name: Mike Barlotta (momjb@erols.com) Time: 9/14/98 (6:51:8)

I think the vote clearly goes to the American public for electing the man not once but twice. Although part of what worries me is the that these same people think that adultery is the issue - when it is the fact that the President LIED in Jan, and again in Aug, and was so sorry he didn't even say so until he was/is about to get pummeled! If Clinton lied about Jennifer and Monica, and the draft - why can't he have lied about how he can save Social Security, Medicare or taking bribes (whoops contributions) from the Chinese. What about Whitewater et al. Can we believe him on these?

Lastly - to all the critics of Kent Starr - I say back off!!! You get what you deserve you elected him America - so deal!! As for the length and amount spent on the investigation - blame Clinton - he is the one that lied, shredded evidence, and dragged this out to begin with!!

"Fool me once shame on you fool me again shame on me!!"

I know this will sound really outrageous, and quite unbelievable as well; but allow me to indulge in a little speculation.

What do you figure chances are that the "Comeback Kid" pulls his butt out of this pickle and restores his presidency?

Remember...you heard it here first!

Name: B.L.Jeffery (bjeffery@msn.com) Time: 9/14/98 (5:39:26)

I vote for The Outrage; misogny does not become you.

Name: Doug Spooner (mrdivot@accessone.com) Time: 9/14/98 (5:23:59)

Clinton must be impeached! And I could care less what his private sex life is like. That is between him and Hillary. Lying under oath is just the beginning of all the atrocities this man has done. This man put his hand on the Bible twice and promised to uphold the Constitution of this land. In just the last few years he has violated his oath over and over again..He violated the first amendment by supporting censorship of the internet and restricting advertising by legal corporations. (i.e. tobacco) He violated the second amendment by signing the Brady Bill and banning select firearms.

He has violated the fourth amendment by supporting legislation that will mandate national I.D. cards and a federal database to chase so-called deadbeat dads and illegal immigrants, a card you will need to show just to be able to use any public services and the majority of private services. (Just think, they will be able to track your every move at all times. Everytime you buy something, everytime you leave town, EVERYTHING! He violated the fifth amendment by supporting asset forfeiture laws. This is not America as it should be. This man and the vast majority of Congress have all committed treason against the People of the United States. If you are getting as sick of all these things going on as I am, remember election time....There is an alternative now and its called the Libertarian Party.

Name: Nikki Firth (nikki@england.com) Time: 9/14/98 (4:51:8)
#4 - I blame Miss Lewinsky. As if this weren't a plan for compensation/money. Clinton is bound to take it if it's handed on a plate. How much is she making, interview's, magazines and eventually, if not now chat shows.

YOU ARE A DISCRACE TO THEHUMAN RACE.

I have nothing more to say.
Thank you!!

Name: George Salisbury (geos@dreamscape.com) Time: 9/14/98 (3:56:58)

The tradgedy of this whole administration is that nobody seems to understand the nature of it. This President is a complete PHONY! Everything he does is a production staged by his good buddy Thomasson. All his friends are cut from the same cloth. This man is trying to destroy this country by executive orders and no-one is screaming. Of course I realize that there are very few AMERICANS left that have any idea of the foundations on which this fantastic country was established.

Okay, okay. Having read all the ragebacks recently sent in about the Starr report, I feel it's necessary to bring up this point: Clinton, without a doubt, is to blame. Period. He is the President of the USA. He is in the most sensitive position in the world. Anyone in the military trying to get a SCI clearance (secret compartmented information clearancy) would have been turned down FLAT with a background like our illustrious Prez. Seems to me that a young Marine went to federal prison for getting involved with a foreign spy and telling secrets. You say it's not the same thing? The whole point for the background checks on people potentially working on highly secret missions is to see if their past would show any inclination to selling out their country for sex or money. Why is it the most powerful position in the world has less stringent security requirements than a position in the military for a Morse code interceptor? The Prez sold military and technological secrets to the Commies, but no one's yelling about that. What was Benedict Arnold executed for? I think it was treason, wasn't it? Why can't anyone see that all this mess ties in together? To allow a morally bankrupt person into the position Komrade Klinton is in should require an apology to every person denied a security clearance for the horrible crime of either smoking pot or having an affair--both of which Klinton has done. Komrade Klinton should be impeached and tried for treason against the United States of America.

The media is more to blame for obstructing justice than the Prez. Klinton doesn't obstruct justice--he just kills people who are a threat to him.

Sex is not the issue--it's just a symptom. The problem is MUCH deeper (no pun intended) than that.

Name: AAA (AAA@net.net) Time: 9/14/98 (2:6:7)

The crack about "Or perhaps they've forgotten Jesus's close relationship with Mary Magdalene" was a VERY poor attempt at humor. This has nothing to do with Southern Baptists or any other group like them. It is an offence to God!!!

If you want to try this kind of humor, try elsewhere!!! I just ended my subscription!

Name: Trew (No email address provided) Time: 9/13/98 (23:54:45)

How can the affair be private when he's on the phone conducting government business with members of Congress while Monica is taking care of business down below?

Clinton gets my vote!

Name: Hooge (No email address provided) Time: 9/13/98 (23:40:23)

My vote is #7 the hypocrites on Capitol Hill/Congress. What a waste of 40 million dollars when there are so many desperate needs in the country. Who cares what Clinton does with his zipper.

Name: David (DMonihan2@aol.com) Time: 9/13/98 (23:23:19)

One of your better rages. As with all things within the beltway there is more than enough to go around. It is hard to choose the root cause.

Having said that I will comment on your concern at the expenditure of 40 million in the search for truth. If it were a matter of going to Republican Party headquarter for the truth, it would be an waste of money. However, the truth is so rare inside the beltway that it is probably worth more than 40 million if it could ever be found.

Clinton should go back to Arkansas!

When are you Clinton supporters going to get it through your thick skulls that SEX AIN'T the problem. You stupids, LYING UNDER OATH IS THE PROBLEM! That is the very foundation of the judicial system. Let one SOB get away with it and they all expect it. Maybe it should happen to you! I suppose that you are the ones that believe that OJ was telling the truth.

What a couple of winners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Name: anonymous (No email address provided) Time: 9/13/98 (22:55:7)

I think the saddest/stupidest thing about this whole 'affair' is that there are still women around who think think that oral sex will lead to marriage.

Name: no name (no e-mail) Time: 9/13/98 (22:47:15)
I vote for all of the above. But, you left out one, and that is the people that elected Clinton to office to begin with. You knew what he was, but still you put him in office.

now you are payilng for it

Name: C R Anderson (canderson@ft1999.rsm.nl) Time: 9/13/98 (9:36:7)

None of the above! The actual answer is Alan Greenspan. Why? Because if he hadn't created such a strong economy during the 1990's, Clinton wouldn't have been re-elected in the first place!

Name: Bruce Atlas (batlas@spacelab.net) Time: 9/13/98 (9:31:32)

What about excoriating David Kendall.

While it is axiomatic that even the most guilty are entitles to a defense, the arguments he proposes are so disingenuos as to be repulsive.

Name: Melvin Weigel (Sports@mhtc.net) Time: 9/13/98 (9:29:25)

I Don't think Clinton has repened at all or he would not be still trying to put the blame on somone else and he should resine

Name: Susan Kay (catspaw7@flash.net) Time: 9/13/98 (9:22:37)

My vote is for Starr, followed closely by members of congress and the media.

a. people have sex
b. married people have extramarital sex (last poll I saw stated 70% of married people had cheated)
c. just get over it
d. Thanks for making such a big deal of it. Now we're the laughing stock of the world. Not because Clinton had sex, but because we look so pampered and shallow for making such a big deal about it when other countries have to deal with things like thier rulers diverting food from the starving populace, building huge hidden bank accounts while the country falls into ruin...

Name: Phil (rcircle@northnet.org) Time: 9/13/98 (9:22:32)

As Will Rogers put it once. "An honest man will never become president."

It's easy to dislike all the players. Clinton has played while supposedly at work. He ranks number one on the hit list of "get out".

The others you list are no better. Washington is and has always been the focal point of arrogance - cheating - lying - over spending and under service - Opulence at the cost of the working man.

Ken Starr is a typical lawyer as we have come to know them today, but it takes a rat to catch a rat. If he had been Mr. nice guy he would have been laughed out of the whole investigation. So take your pick - business as usual with "Slick Willy" or "Thank you" Ken Starr for getting this piece of dirt exposed. As many know there is a lot more background information that no one wants to even address all the way from Arkansas to the white house.

People have been turned off by politics so long because of this sort of thing that the one redeeming aspect of it all is that just possibly they will have their eyes opened and will finally speak out that 'WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH' Throw the garbage out, clean house and work for us and not for yourselves.

Name: David Rozeboom (rozeboom@anet-stl.com) Time: 9/13/98 (9:21:13)

Actually, I think all of the mentioned individuals and groups are playing out a scenario to divert the American people while they take our liberties from us. Note that the Starr report was released while the hype on Mark McGwire was at its height. Mark has just broken the home run record, and on the front page of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch the release of the Starr report was in the right hand coloumn next to a large picture of Mark covering 4 or 5 coloumns. The juxtaposition of these two events was noteworthy to me.

Name: Terri Romeo (parrotheadny@earthlink.net) Time: 9/13/98 (9:5:34)
My Choice for #1 outrage is Clinton himself although as you point out in #11, we, the American people should have known better. The only honorable thing left for him to do is to resign - then he can call Paula Jones -find out where she got her nose done - get a nose job and go to Hollywood and become an actor. He is good at that !! As for Hillary, she should be forced to move back to Arkansas and live in a trailer park. That is where she belongs!!!

Name: Sara (Absolutesara@yahoo.com) Time: 9/13/98 (9:2:26)

I would have to pick Starr. He has wasted our time and money.

Yes from what I see above most people don't or can't read for themseleves instead they repeat what there republician MASTERS tell them to. Yes we are the laughing stock of the world but not because of the president but because of the republicians and STAR, read what other countries say this is a private thing not a public thing. OH I almost forgot what I was to vote for it would have to be MONICA does anyone else find it strange for some one to keep a dress that has been soiled and not have it cleaned I think maybe she had idea's of her own and saw $$$$ signs in her future. Most people if you have that kind of a stain would have had it cleaned the very next day.......

Name: Ted Reinmiller (tgr549@epix.net) Time: 9/13/98 (8:54:15)

I vote for Bill & Monica. Users using each other is a real life example of poetic justice. He can't keep a straight face while appologizing. It looked as though he were fighting back a big smile or smirk. She can't keep her mouth shut. He (the sexual predator) became the prey of a sexual predator. What could be finer.

Name: C J Guidroz (Seradelage@aol.com) Time: 9/13/98 (8:49:22)

Clinton is most outrageous. Not for his perverted sexuality and amorality but for his inability to tell the truth and, worse, his inability to stand with any kind of moral fiber. Ditto for Hilary. It is obvious that she has no fiber at all and will do anything to obtain power.

Name: Steve Alexander (delta@ark-la-tex.com) Time: 9/13/98 (8:45:35)

My vote is for Judge Starr, If this is all he could come up with after 4 years, then maybe the sex maniac Billy is not such a bad guy OR maybe it was like the investigation of Al Capone, everyone knew he was a murderer and a crime boss but no one would come forward with the evidence for fear of DEATH, so stick him with a small victimless crime like tax evasion where you need no witnesses to take him down. I hope this is Billy's TAX EVASION charge.

Name: David Rozeboom (rozeboom@anet-stl.com) Time: 9/13/98 (8:37:54)

My vote is "all of the above".

Name: Bob Willis (rwillis@bigfoot.com)Time: 9/13/98 (8:26:1)

Hillary is my choice. She is the Policital Prostitute of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. What wife would have taken the public humiliation that Bill has bestowed upon her and say in front of millions that she still believes. Give me a break. Kick the poor baster in the nuts, grab you law degree and your cattle stock holdings and get on with your life before you drag you daughter into the red light district with you.

Name: Andy Traywick (andytraywick@writeme.com) Time: 9/13/98 (8:18:47)

I vote Bill Clinton as having the most disgraceful role in the current situation. His actions are the direct cause and his massive efforts to cover his tracks have caused the investigation to linger. He and his "Spin Team" have done an outstanding job of misleading the American People and the media. They are very good at "double speak" and directing attention to non-critical issues (such as "it's a personal thing and he was only trying to keep it that way").

Name: Marie Coady (mcoady@tiac.net) Time: 9/13/98 (8:17:26)

I cast my Outrage vote for Ken Starr, #2 on your list.

My question is, how come he is number 2 and not number 1 on your list?

Also, how did the press get pushed down to number 13? Although I hope it turns out to be thier lucky number, I think your Outrage(d) priorities are way out of order.

Name: Chris (Texillkan@aol.com) Time: 9/13/98 (8:9:10)
I live in Oakland county, Michigan where three boys, ages 18 and 19, are currently being tried in court for luring 13 year old girls to their home and giving them alcohol then forcing them to perform Mr. Clinton's version of a non-sex act. If Clinton gets away with this, the message to young girls and women is simple: Men may satisfy their lusts on any woman they can manipulate into position using the aphrodisiac of liquor or power and prestige. I weep for America...that Yale educated men can use such weasle tactics as "word-play" to avoid being honorable and doing the right thing...which is to resign. God forgive us!

Name: Larry V (ltv1@ij.net) Time: 9/13/98 (8:4:54)

I wonder what Bob Dole is thinking ? I voted for him.The only thing I see Mr Clinton taking credit for are reforms that the Republicans had to fight to get in place, it would be my guess that a decent man like Dole was too "Dull" for the soccer moms, etc. Attention all babyboomer mothers: How would you like your daughters working around this man. If he managed a drug or grocery wouldn't you try to get him fired ? How would you like a rabid dog like Carville smearing you ? My vote would be to let him stay on, only because after his term we will have plenty of "Bush" in the Whitehouse taking care of business. Maybe he will close a few Red Chinese sweatshops, instead of taking money from them.

Name: Bob Bartlett (sundance56@yahoo.com) Time: 9/13/98 (8:3:12)
Der Schlickmeister gets my vote. Not only for poor taste in women. Abuse of a cigar is horrible crime. But, why did you folks use a morality quote from another all time great philanderer?

Name: dee barry (jarofstars@aol.com) Time: 9/13/98 (7:51:17)

If our country is to survive,..not Clinton, but the moral cancer that is evidenced by the comments of the people who think there is nothing wrong with adultery, lying, perjury(no matter on what level), using people, manipulation, selling us out to the chinese, taking 1000 FBI file, ruining the lives of innocents, like in Travelgate and the list goes on.... then we must act when this insidious metastasis is evident... Clinton needs to go if for no other reason that the eyes of our children are upon him. I would not tolerate this behaviour from my children or anyone else I know and I certainly would not place anyone with such degenerate behaviour in a position to affect my life and the life of my family...It is like the guy who cheats on his wife, divorces her, tells the other woman he loves only her, and they marry, and she thinks he will never do to her what he did to the first one he lied to (I have a bridge to sell you if you believe that one)....Clinton has cried "wolf" too many times.

But my real outrage comes at the american citizens, who, if they were really educated would know (from sources like WallBuilders, you can find them on the web, they have great stuff about what the founders actually said and did) that this country will not survive the round peg, in a round hole, sheep mentality of the general public who has forgotten that this nation without Godly morals is every other nation, we become the Evil Empire pushing our weight around with muscles of filth and slime, and not with higher grounded principles that have made us the shining light of the world.

THE PEOPLE ARE MORE OF A DISGRACE THAN CLINTON, THEY ARE APATHETIC, LOW CHARACTERED, ANTIGOD,.... WE SINK OURSELVES. NEXT OF COURSE IS EL PRESIDENTE,CLINTON.

Name: The PubScout (pubscout@cybernex.net) Time: 9/13/98 (7:48:10)

Name: Wayne Steinard (wsteinard@aol.com) Time: 9/13/98 (7:46:50)

If the Starr report had been compiled against an ordinary citizen, the whole of government would be unquestionng of it. Lets forget the crying apologies, forget the whiners crying lets move on and accept the sex. It is time for the LAW, the Constitution to take over. The Americanwilling to accept any kind of perversions in Government have no right to stop our "rule of law" in dealing with the probable crimes associated with this President.

Name: P. Garrison (plg6@yahoo.com) Time: 9/13/98 (7:42:3)

I nominate We, the People first of all, second the controlled two-party system that allows such riff-raff as WJC to rise to the top to be a choice in the first place. But, if you think of the country as a big corporation, look what floats up to the top in the regular workplace, can we expect any less in the macro-corporation? Third has got to be Ken Starr (see below), Fourth, the media, who make leeches look like they hardly stick at all, Fifth, the Womens' movement for their blatant hypocrisy.

My biggest fear right now? Slick Resigns, Gore gets in there and does a "Nixon" giving Slick a full Presidential Pardon for any and all crimes comitted. Then, whatever else there might have been will never be known. Not to mention ol' Slick getting totally away with everything...

I'll close with my reaction to a friend after when I first started reading the Starr report:

And what a FRIGGING DISSAPOINTMENT this Ken Starr report is. Sheesh! Almost enough to make me feel SORRY for Slick Willie! He [Starr] should be prosecuted for WASTING $40 million of taxpayer money. How many years of investigation into (remember?) Whitewater, travelgate, FBI files, Chinese political contributions etc, etc. and the BEST he can do is graphic pornographic content about the affair between Bill and Monica Lewinsky??? And splitting hairs on perjury, weak 'obstruction of justice' charges and the rest. Give me a break. All this time we've been tugged along - this is gonna blow, that's gonna blow - when the only thing that was blown was well, you know. And what a message to send to the kids - no we don't like porn on the Internet - unless we publish it there ourselves. Oh, nice.

Ken Starr, the Joe McCarthy of the '90's... what a way to end up in the history books...

1. Bill Clinton is the most outrageous

2. Monica Lewinsky is second, but then, she is nothing but a low grade whore. It would appear that she is "like mother, like daughter"

3. Hillary Clinton. You may fear Gore, but there is a real possibility that Hillary has the presidency in her eye.

4. Al Gore, but, if in before January, he wil only be able to run an additional term Do you really think that the American people are that stupid? Well, so do I. How about returning to a stiff poll tax and get all of the "motor voters" out of the system?

5. Sorry, I disagree with you on Starr. He has done his job. Forty mill? If Clinton, his spin team and his lawyers had not put every roadblock they could into Starr's path don't you think the amount would have been less? But what figure did you expect? Free?

From your comments, it sounds like you'd like to fire the entire Washington power establishment and start over. Does this make you a bunch of technocrats, or what? Also, you failed to mention that for all the millions spent on the Starr investigation, we do have a passale of indictments; several Clinton appointees in prison for various crimes; and a state governor who can add "ex-con" to his list of honoraries...

From the land of 10,000 taxes and Liberal Lakes:

DO captured it pretty well along with (most) of the readers. Just two quick points;

1) Hillary, the power grubbing person she is, deserves Bill. I suspect most women would have left their husbands long ago… Except maybe my wife, see we believe in capitol punishment (she would be the one to throw the switch).

2) The Starr investigation (should) continue!

The only reason this is such a big deal is because Mr. Clinton was caught. The quote," People in glass houses should not throw stones," comes to mind. Everyone on capital hill should be glad it's not them, they should also be worried that their little pit bull," Mr. Star" won't soon be turning his attention to there immoral and improper behavior. The Disgrace to the American People should be in reading this Garbage put out to them with such a high cost.Millions of Dollars wasted for What? I'm sure that we could write books on every single Americans Sex Life. The President may have lied but it in no way effected the running of or the security of our Country. The Real Sicko's are the one's who read this so-called Garbage and seem to be highly offended when they no doubt themselves go home afterward and do much more kinkier things than Bill ever did. The only Outrage I see is the Money thats been wasted to investigate something that is no worse than anything we may have done ourselves. The President has done a great job in running our Country. Leave his Sex-Life out of it. I think I'll go and have a Cigar.

bill is scum, but without his antics there wouldn't be the rest of the list.

Not only should Clinton be impeached, but he should also serve jail time for all the crimes he has committed, for his atrocious behavior toward the American people and for his total disregard for the Constitution of the United States.

I cast a vote for "All of the above" for blowing everything too far out of proportion. I think it's between Bill, Hillary and Monica. Paula and everyone else had their day in court and LOST ... get a grip! I think Ken Starr should be put on trial for Abuse of power and held personally accountable for the MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars he wasted on this production. I've seen better pornos shot on ten percent (or less) of the budget Starr used.

Sorry folks, we, the American people , distracted by the promise of economic nirvana by our government allowed all of this to happen. We are guilty of our own moral demise in the eyes of a world that looks upon us for leadership & guidance. We allowed Starr's investigation to continue, we allowed ourselves to elect a leader without values or virtue and we allowed ourselves to accept the medias portrayal of all of it. We love 'dirty laundry' though we won't admit it openly & courtesy of our government we now have it in spades and it has cost us dearly ,both in money & in reputation. From this we should learn to elect our officials more carefully & be more in tune with what our government is up to. I though am not hopeful & suspect that we will ultimately accept much lower standards from both ourselves and our government officials. The U.S. has lost no small amount of credibility in the eyes of the world and that world must now must wonder if the model of democracy we have preached for so many years is in fact not worth persuing. When the leader(s) of a country are humiliated ,so are its citizens. No one in the list is without blame. It will take a long concerted effort to make all of this right, can we do it?

Cinocchio, obviously.

The man's recklessness, fecklessness, and poor judgement is astounding.

The media is a close second. Even minimal investigation of this man would clearly have revealed that he was a liar, coward, socialist, and adulterer, and thus, both unfit and incapable of exercising any real leadership long before his first election. Since then, it has covered up his continual misdeeds-- as well as his outright incompetence. We will be cleaning up the mess this fool has made for a long, long time.

I have pity for people who understand so little about our nation's foundational principles as to believe that this is a "private" matter. The White House is always open. The President is always on duty. When you boil this all down, this is really about the behavior of a federal manager and a federal employee on federal property. Do we tolerate this?

I also have pity for people who seem to have swallowed the notion that Judge Starr is some kind of inquisitor, and worse still, quote parts of Bible verse to support their point of view. Fact of the matter is, the whole verse is 'let he who is without sin cast the first stone, now go and sin no more.' Starr seems to have been good enough for them when he ran Bob Packwood out of the Senate...

You left one group out-- the Clinocchio Cabinet. Let's not forget that he used them to pound the lie home with us last January. When he was found out, not one of them had the self-respect to denounce him and resign. What a pitiful group. Their behavior simply drives home the observation that America's so-called elite only cares about themselves, their comfort, and their stature-- and nothing for the nation's well being.

My vote goes to 2 differant parties,,, first Monica, she needs to back off.. obviously she's just upset because it wasn't good!! and the 2nd half goes to some of the political analysts and general public who are getting all worked up about Bill cheating.. the lying disturbs and upsets me..but his sex life, is after all.. HIS SEX life.. not yours or mine.. it is HIS PRIVATE affair. none of our business!!!

My vote goes to the "Rage Back" voters who can't speel (or is it spelle or spell?) - and to our beloved president - "Free Willy".

For those who choose to ignore history: The folks in Germany in the 1930's paid attention to the message and ignored the messenger. Oh yeah, I forgot, Time Magazine's 1938 Man of the Year.

hey Jim Slick Willy did this to himself he got busted for the lies under oath to a federal grand jury. besides the depositions would have never took place if he had settled out of court with Paula Jones he didnt the depositions took place and Clinton hung himself!! And if all theses women are coming out and pointing fingers at Clinton Can thye all be Liars !!! We Know Slick Willy is a liar so 10 or 15 women cant all be liars !!

I cast my vote for the Wymen's Movement: they consistently defended Bubba until a suitably credible (read: "attractive and middle class") woman (Kathleen Willey) decided she'd had enough of him. By the time we found out about Willey, and Pat Ireland decided maybe she wasn't so fond of Bubba after all, we knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that Clinton's abuses of women went far beyond those of Bob Packwood. Where was Gloria Steinham with the grope-once-but-take-no-for-an-answer Get Out of Jail free card when the Republican needed her?

I would be more shocked if he boffed Hilliary in the Oval Office!!! I think he has only had sex with Hilliary once when Chelsea was conceived !! Clinton do the right thing RESIGN NOW and save some face!!

Name: todd (todigy@webtv.net) Time: 9/13/98 (3:54:6)
I vote for the media. They keep focusing on the polls that give Clinton 60+% job performance approval, but conveniently overlook his numbers are plummeting on every other aspect : his credibility, trust, whether he should resign, should he be impeached if he perjured or obstructed justice, etc.

Name: KiwiNZL (rexmorrow@compuserve.com) Time: 9/13/98 (3:48:56)

Monica Lewinsky BJB!!!

Well, from a New Zealander, let it rest. Let Clinton get on with what is important in the World- Middle East, Russia etc

Sadly, Monica has had her kicks, and made the rest of the world laugh at America.

Pity she didn't keep her mouth shut (pardon the pun)
