When Ron Goldman was knifed to death by O.J. Simpson, it might seem that his death had little to do with his job as a waiter at a restaurant. But attorney Nick O'Malley sees it differently, and by filing a worker's compensation claim for the dead man, O'Malley may be entitled to 15% of the $95,000 benefit.
Calling it a "scam" and "one of the most despicable things I've seen," Goldman's father and his attorney vowed to fight the claim.
