LAWYER FILES WORKERS COMP CLAIM FOR MURDER VICTIM GOLDMAN!
Were you under the mistaken impression that by dying you might at least escape from greedy lawyers and ridiculous government programs? Think again.
When Ron Goldman was knifed to death by O.J. Simpson, it might seem that his death had little to do with his job as a waiter at a restaurant. But attorney Nick O’Malley sees it differently, and by filing a worker’s compensation claim for the dead man, O’Malley may be entitled to 15% of the $95,000 benefit.
Calling it a “scam” and “one of the most despicable things I’ve seen,” Goldman’s father and his attorney vowed to fight the claim.
